  • We ask for at least 2 working days notice for all new bookings.

  • We are fully insured and all of our cleaning partners are DBS checked and spot reviewed.

  • We request access information at the point of booking - i.e. lockbox, smartlock or keysafe.

  • We offer a fixed hourly rate for our standard cleaning services. You’ll receive a quote at the time of booking based on your requirements, with secure payment processed once your clean is complete.

  • We understand if you need to reschedule or change your booking - just give us a minimum of two hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
